PLATFORM FOR EVERYONE STRUGGLING WITH MENTAL ILLNESS IN SILENCE YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

BUILTNSYLENCE A PLATFORM WHERE WE BREAK THE SILENCE ON MENTAL ILLNESS OF ANY AGE.

AJ FOUNDER OF BUILTNSYLENCE

The idea for BUILTNSYLENCE came from a simple but powerful realization. For generations, millions of people have struggled with mental Illness in silence. Behind closed doors. Behind force smiles. Behind the belief that emotional pain should be hidden rather than discussed. Many families were taught not to talk about mental health. people were told to be strong, to push through. To keep their struggles private. But silence often makes emotional pain heavier. Over time, AJ began to recognize how many individuals around the world were facing similar battles — anxiety, depression, trauma, loneliness — yet felt completely alone in their experiences. The more AJ listened to people's stories, the clearer one truth became. Mental illness does not belong to one age group. It affects children. Teenagers. Parents. Adults. And older generations. But the conversation about mental health was still missing in many communities. That realization became the foundation of BUILTNSYLENCE. AJ created BUILTNSYLENCE to give people a space where mental health could finally be discussed openly. A platform where real stories could be shared. Where individuals could feel seen, heard, and understood. Through documentaries, podcasts, and digital storytelling, BUILTNSYLENCE explores the emotional journeys of people living with mental illness at every stage of life. The goal is not only to raise awareness. It is to remind people that they are not alone. Every conversation about mental health breaks another piece of silence. Every story shared creates connection. And every moment of understanding brings us closer to a world where emotional struggles are treated with compassion instead of stigma. BUILTNSYLENCE is more than a project. It is a movement built on the belief that healing begins when silence is replaced with conversation. And that no one should ever feel like they have to face mental illness alone.
